Returns & Exchanges
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products cannot be returned, such as Gift cards or discount promotions.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please reach out to us via email for returns-related inquiries before sending your purchase back to us.
There are certain situations where no refunds, or only partial refunds are granted, up to our discretion:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Gift Cards, promotional codes, or certain promotional one-off products (see product details)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
When approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days dependent on your bank or the payment gateway’s wait time.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the normal refund period, first check your bank account again. You may need to check with your bank or credit card company to determine the status of your refund.

Promotional items
Certain promotional or one-time products may not be refunded. Please see product details for more info.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want an exchange, send us an email at support@theonly.design for exchange instructions.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
When processing a return, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning the item to us. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Remember: to process your exchange or refund, we must receive the original product.
