Orders
If you would like to make any changes or cancellations to your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can generally process a refund in short time, or process any changes you’d like to make. If the order has already shipped, unfortunately, we will then have to process your claim as a refund (even in the case of changes/exchanges). In that case, please refer to our return policy and follow the instructions we will send you to process your return.
If you’ve received the wrong items, or there was some sort of mix-up with your order, contact us with your order confirmation number and details, and we’ll get back to you shortly.
Shipping
We process our orders seven days a week, excluding federal holidays. Once your order is received and processed successfully, you should receive an email with shipping details. Shipping times vary by product, but most orders can be expected within 5 business days. Please allow longer for seasons of unusually high volume. We will do our best to communicate any shipping delays with our customers or label impacted products on the shop page.
We ship to anywhere within the continental United States, and internationally to Europe and South America. Contact us for further info if you reside outside of where we currently deliver!
The customer is responsible for any local, state, or federal taxes in their country of residence, including VAT, import, customs, etc.
When your order is confirmed and successfully processed, you should receive an email with shipping details, including a summary of your order, estimated delivery time, and tracking details when applicable.
Returns
Please refer to our return policy for details about the return process, then, contact us with your order confirmation number and details so that we can get back to you about processing your return.
Exchanges can also be found in our return policy . Please note that certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, such as gift cards, promotional codes, or certain promotional one-off products. See product details page for info. If your order is eligible for an exchange, contact us with your order confirmation number and details so that we can get back to you.
Certain products, such as discount codes, gift cards, or certain clothing items (which will be labelled as non-returnable on the product page), they may not be eligible for return. Generally, any other physical products that are not otherwise marked are eligible for return. Please note that the return and exchange window is 30 days from the time of order.
We allow a 30-day period for returns and exchanges. Please check our return policy, and contact us if you have any questions or concerns about an order, or would like to request a return or exchange.
Once we receive your returned order, we will send you a confirmation email letting you know that we’re processing your request. You can expect a response within 1-2 business days. Exchanges will be processed at that time, with normal delivery time, and refunds will be processed shortly depending largely on your credit card company or banking institution.
Payments, Gift Cards, Promo Codes
We accept any major credit or debit card in our checkout. Gift cards and promotions are available.
Promotions and discounts are distributed via code that may be used at checkout to snag deals. However, unless otherwise noted, only one discount code may be used per order.
Products
Please refer to our size guide for general sizing information. Most of our clothing products do contain their own size charts within the “details” panel on the product details page. Feel free to reach out to us with any questions around finding the right fit for you.
Well, we’re happy you want more cool stuff! If a specific item is sold out, or no longer in stock, feel free to contact us and see when we’ll have more of it. Some retired items or limited runs may no longer be offered – we will let you know if your request falls into those categories.
